The Ecuadorian State recovered two real estate, a car and a motorcycle that belonged to Humberto Guarderas Córdova, a former official sentenced in the Petroecuador Bribery case, the Attorney General’s Office reported on the afternoon of August 31.
The operation was achieved through the Asset Recovery Unit. The agency reported that the Property Registry of Quito registered the confiscation on August 27, on the following assets:
-50% of the rights and shares over an office located in the Florentina Plaza building, located north of Quito.
-50% of the rights and shares over a house located in the Cumbayá parish, east of the capital.
