Morgan Stanley says that recent events in the Chevron Ecuador case improve the Company’s outlook:

Morgan Stanley analysts said that recent US Federal Court opinions related to the pending $27.5 billion environmental lawsuit in Ecuador support further delay of any U.S. enforcement action as well as bolsters Chevron Corp.’s (NYSE:CVX) defenses in any U.S. enforcement matter and improve CVX’s position in the pending international arbitration case.
