Petroecuador ‘a seven-headed monster’ – BNAmericas

“There are many problems, it [Ecuador’s state oil company Petroecuador] is a monster with seven heads, and I am aware that we have not finished cleaning up the corruption inside it yet,” according to energy and non-renewable natural resources minister Carlos Pérez.

The official made the comment during an interview with the national assembly’s radio station.
