Date for referendum set; critics say Ecuador President Rafael Correa attempting to concentrate power in his hands:

The controversial ballot questions will ask Ecuadorians whether they want to limit banking operations by financial services companies; forbid media company ownership of non-media companies; restructure the judicial system; prohibit casinos and gambling; and limit bullfighting and cockfighting.
