The president of Ecuador’s provincial Court of Sucumbios, Nicolas Zambrano, has overturned a Sept. 17 order issued by his predecessor that sought to end the time allowed for presentation of evidence in the long-running lawsuit against Chevron Corp. (CVX) in Ecuador over alleged rain-forest pollution.
