Dow Jones – Ecuador Foreign Debt $14.22 Bln In September, Equal To 25% GDP

Ecuador’s foreign debt has increased, now equal to 25% of the nation’s GDP:

Ecuador’s total foreign debt in September was $14.22 billion, a 2.5% increase from $13.87 billion in the same month of 2009, the central bank said.
