Correa is expelled from the Movement “Acuerdo Nacional” – Ecuador Times

The Ecuadorian Movement “Acuerdo Nacional” (MANA) today staged the symbolic expulsion from its ranks of former President Rafael Correa, and a group of hierarchs related to him, to “clean” them for their registration as a party. In a press conference in which several leaders of this movement appeared, even without legal registration before the National Electoral Council, the Esmeralda militant Victor Villacís, said that it is a “symbolic act” with a view to its registration.
