Clever Jimenez demands Correa before the International Criminal Court – Ecuador Times

Former legislator Clever Jimenez has sued President Rafael Correa Delgado before the International Criminal Court in The Hague. Apparently, the lawsuit was filed on June 17th. Jimenez asks the Court to conduct a preliminary examination of the events that occurred on September 30, 2010, in order to establish the alleged existence of crimes against humanity committed, according to the demand of Jimenez, by President Correa.
