Caribbean Net News – OAS secretary general congratulates Ecuador and Colombia for progress in relations

“The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, has congratulated the Governments of Ecuador and Colombia for naming the chargés d’affaires of the two countries and praised the leadership of the presidents of Colombia, Álvaro Uribe, and of Ecuador, Rafael Correa, in the ongoing process of dialogue between their respective Foreign Ministers that has as its goal the normalization of relations between the two countries.”
