Andina – Peru, Ecuador to hold 2+2 talks next week

Peruvian Foreign Minister Jose Antonio Garcia Belaunde and Defense Minister Rafael Rey will visit Quito next week for the third meeting of the Mechanism for Political Consultation and Coordination with their Ecuadorian counterparts.
